"I am the father of Suraya Khatun, a 12 year old baby girl who is suffering from hemiplegic cerebral palsy (paralysis on only one side of the body). She is undergoing the treatment at St. John's Medical College Hospital. She is very depressed as she is not able to walk on her own. She should be making friends, attending school, going out to play at this age. But instead, she is forced to be on bed.

I feel very helpless as I am an agriculture labourer and don't have enough funds for her surgery. Lower limb surgery is the only way to make her stand on her feet.
