  Current Treatment Requirements

  • Tab. Calcium (½ – 0 – ½) — bone and muscle support, essential for a child with severe spasticity and limited mobility

  • Tab. MVBC (½ OD) — multivitamin and B-complex supplement to support nerve function and overall development

  • Tab. Baclofen 5mg (1-0-1) — muscle relaxant to reduce spasticity and ease movement; without it, muscle tightness worsens significantly

  • Tab. Valproate 200mg (1-0-1½) — anti-epileptic medication to control seizures; this is the most critical medicine — any gap in supply can trigger a seizure episode

  • Physiotherapy and occupational therapy — essential for maintaining muscle function, preventing contractures, and supporting whatever developmental progress Khadija can make; currently discontinued due to financial constraints

  • Regular follow-up at Dr. R N Cooper Hospital's Pediatric Neurodevelopment OPD — for ongoing monitoring, EEG review, and medication adjustment
