    Dear Donors,

We are overjoyed to share some wonderful news: Baby of Prajakta has been discharged from the NICU and is finally home with her family.

Born 12 weeks too soon, weighing just 1300 grams — smaller than most people's palms — this little girl fought her way from full oxygen support to breathing entirely on her own, gram by gram, day by day. Today, she is finally home, in the arms of the mother who travelled 30 kilometres every single day just to sit beside her.

None of this would have been possible without you. Your generosity gave this baby the NICU care, the monitoring, and the medical support that carried her through her most critical days — and gave Prajakta and Sushant the chance to finally bring their daughter home to a family of seven who had been waiting and praying for this moment.

The family continues to need some support for follow-up care and medication as she settles in, but the hardest part of this journey is now behind them.

From all of us at Pledge Foundation, and from Prajakta and her family — thank you. You didn't just fund a treatment. You gave a mother her daughter, safe and home at last.

There are other little ones still fighting for their lives. If you wish to continue making a difference, please visit our active cases page and extend your support to any baby you feel called to help.

    Dear Donors,

An update on baby of Prajakta, with heartfelt thanks for your continued support.

She is now 104 days old and has grown to 1.9 kg — a remarkable journey for a baby who came into this world so small and so early. We are hopeful that she may be discharged soon, but every remaining day in the NICU adds to a cost this family cannot bear alone.

Prajakta and Sushant continue their daily routine of travel and long hours by her side, doing everything they can while carrying the weight of a family of seven back home. Their financial situation remains just as fragile as before, with no savings and no safety net to fall back on.

As we near this important milestone, your continued support matters more than ever. With the family going through such a difficult situation, we sincerely urge everyone to continue extending their support in whatever way possible.

Please continue to share this campaign — every contribution brings this little girl closer to finally coming home.

    Dear Donors,

Thank you for your support and care for Baby Of Prajakta.

This tiny baby girl came into the world 12 weeks too soon, weighing just 1300 grams. Since her admission to Sai Sparsh Children's Hospital, Kolhapur, she has been under intensive neonatal care — and she has been fighting every single day.

We are glad to share that she is showing encouraging signs of progress. It is still early, and she continues to need careful medical attention and monitoring — but the fact that she is responding is something this family holds onto deeply.

At home, a family of seven waits for good news. Sushant earns ₹9,000 a month. The hospital bill has already crossed ₹3 lakhs. They have no insurance, no savings left, and are running on borrowed money.

Their baby is fighting. But the financial weight on this family is immense, and your continued support is what makes it possible for her to stay in the care she needs.

Please continue to stand by this little girl and her family — and do share this campaign with those around you.
With the family going through such a difficult situation, we sincerely urge everyone to continue extending their support in whatever way possible.

    Regards,
    Medical Social Worker,
