Baby Born Prematurely in 6th month due to Mother’s Heavy Bleeding during Pregnancy

Tax Benefits

“During the pregnancy period, I had heavy vaginal bleeding. I feared that my child would not be alive inside my womb. The doctor’s had informed me that I would suffer from miscarriage. Inorder to save my baby, I took the decision of delivering my baby at the 6th month of pregnancy. My baby is merely 770 gms. Still in NICU, fighting for life! I feel terrible for my newborn since he is fragile and constantly on medical support devices.”

- Anita; mother of 7 days old newborn baby

Mr. Pranav and Mrs. Anita sleeps on the hospital corridor since they cannot afford the cost of renting a home nearby.

Mr. Pranav and Mrs. Anita are the parents of the newborn. Mrs. Anita is a homemaker and she is staying in hospital to take care of the newborn. Mr. Pranav works in a private firm and he is the sole breadwinner for his family. But his income of INR. 22,000 isn’t sufficient to support the family of 6 members. They have exhausted all their savings for delivery and medicines for Anita. With only the income of Pranav, all the medication for the newborn is being done. The entire family’s basic necessities are dependent on Pranav. The baby needs NICU Stay for 3 months and the cost for it is beyond the means of the family. Now, you can play a part and save the life of the newborn by extending your support.

Baby of Anita is born on the 6th month of pregnancy with a weight of merely 770 gms. The doctors have advised NICU Stay for the baby for 3 months. The total estimated expenditure would be around INR. 10,00,000 (INR. 10 lacs only) which is more than which the family can afford.

With this family in such a situation; I would urge everyone to extend their support with whatever they can afford.
