Our baby was admitted to PICU on 22/03/2022 as he was suffering from Congenital heart disease and Pneumonia and our baby underwent VSD Closure on 23/05/2022. Our family and relatives have done everything possible to save our baby’s life. I would request everyone to please help us out.”

Sridharan; the father of the baby is a JCB driver and earns enough to support the family of 3. Geethanjali is a housemaker. This is their first child. The parents are keen on moving ahead with the child’s treatment and having financial constraints.  The treatment is supported by immediate and extended family members.     Here’s a Quick update about Baby of Geethanjali.

    With all your blessings and support, Baby of Geethanjalis’ life has been saved.

    This was the medical condition of the child - “Baby of Geethanjali is a 3-month-old baby who was suffering from Congenital heart disease and Pneumonia, the baby underwent VSD Closure on 23/05/2022. The baby was admitted to PICU(Pediatric intensive care unit) on 22/03/2022. The baby is currently in 58th day of PICU stay. Currently, the child is on Mechanical Ventilator.     Dear Supporters,

    Here’s an update about Geetanjali’s son.
    He is still suffering from Congenital heart disease and Pneumonia. The good news is that his health is gradually improving and he is out of the SMIV machine (bigger mode of ventilation) and shifted to BIPAP mode of ventilation.

    If the child’s health maintains on BIPAP then in the next few days he will be out of ICU to the next step which is PITU (pediatric intensive treatment unit). Although, he still needs some more time in hospitalization (Tracheostomy management).

    Just keep on praying and help us to complete his treatment.
